Originally the house was a timber panel house, complete with asbestos corrugated roofing sheets and asbestos flat sheet internal panels. 

To modernise this unit we removed the timber side panels and replaced them with composite panels, the asbestos roofing sheets were replaced with box profile roofing sheets and internally we relined with steel sheets.
